The house was renovated in the spring of 2009, and equipped with a garage, sat-TV, air-condition, modern furniture, Internet and a washing machine. It is located on the Island of Čiovo, only 100 m away from the center of Trogir, in a very quiet environment.
This villa can accommodate up to 11 persons in one apartment and two rooms.
Das Haus befindet sich auf der Insel Čiovo, in der Nähe der schönen Kirche des hl. Jakobs. Nachdem Sie die Brücke, welche die alte Stadt Trogir mit Čiovo verbindet, überquert haben, müssen Sie links abbiegen, danach die erste Straße rechts und nach etwa 50 m steht direkt an der erwähnten Kirche das Haus Klaudija.
Das Gebäude wurde im Frühling 2009 vollkommen renoviert und bietet nun eine Reihe an Begünstigungen, wie zum Beispiel eine komplett neue Ausstattung aller Räumlichkeiten, eine Garage für 3-4 Fahrzeuge, Satellitenfernsehen, klimatisierte und modern eingerichtete Zimmer, Badezimmer und Minibar.
Das Apartment und die Zimmer atmen den Geist der Geschichte aus, welche Sie zu jedem Zeitpunkt und in jeder Hausecke spüren können, was Ihren Urlaub noch intensiver macht.

Kuća je renovirana u proljeće 2009. i opremljena garažom, sat-TV-om, klimatizirana je, opremljena modernim namještajem, Internetom i perilicom za rublje. Nalazi se na otoku Čiovu, samo 100 m od centra Trogira, u vrlo tihom okružju.
U ovoj vili može se smjestiti do 11 osoba, i to u jednom apartmanu i dvije sobe.
